Responsibilities:

Creative Technology Strategy & Governance:

• Develop and implement the creative tech roadmap, coding standards, prototyping frameworks, and technical governance in line with business objectives.
• Establish technical feasibility guidelines, security protocols, and execution standards across interactive and immersive activations.
• Identify structural gaps in technical workflows and lead initiatives to improve delivery speed, code reusability, and agency capabilities.

Innovation & Experience Delivery:

• Provide technical architecture and oversight for interactive digital campaigns, WebXR experiences, Generative AI tools, and physical installations.
• Build rapid prototypes, live pitch demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) that convert complex technology trends into practical client solutions.
• Ensure all technical builds meet creative standards while remaining production-ready, commercially viable, and scalable.

Capability Building & Technology Optimization:

• Establish reusable code libraries, development frameworks, and quality assurance workflows for agency-wide experimentation.
• Upskill internal creative, strategy, and production teams on incorporating AI workflows, creative automation, and emerging digital platforms.
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external technology vendors, software platforms, hardware suppliers, and developer networks.

New Business & Growth Support:

• Partner with strategy and growth teams on client pitches by building live interactive prototypes and technical activation models.
• Identify technology-driven upsell opportunities within existing client accounts to unlock new billable agency service lines.
• Translate complex technical and software concepts into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite client stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead, mentor, and build capacity within the creative technology team, establishing clear performance expectations and technical development plans.
• Foster an agency culture centered on technical curiosity, rapid experimentation, precision, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Managing Directors, Creative Directors, Strategy Leads, and external partners to resolve cross-functional project challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Creative Technology, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5–8+ years of progressive experience delivering interactive digital campaigns, creative technology projects, or digital brand activations within an agency, innovation lab, or tech-studio environment.
• Proven track record in rapid prototyping, creative coding, front-end development, and managing production-ready digital activations.
• Strong hands-on experience integrating Generative AI APIs, automation workflows, interactive web graphics, and digital platform tools.
• Demonstrated leadership, client-facing presentation skills, and the ability to lead developer teams and influence cross-functional agency projects.
