What they need
We are looking for a Lead Video Editor & Motion Designer to take complete creative ownership of our YouTube channel and Instagram page dedicated to the art and craft of filmmaking. Collaborating with an energetic team of content creators, you will be the single anchor driving the visual identity, rhythm and aesthetic of the channels.
What You’ll Do:
* Edit long form video essays, masterclasses, breakdowns and podcasts with seamless narrative flow and precise sound design.
* Condense long form videos into punchy, high retention Reels/Shorts with engaging hooks and dynamic visual pacing.
* Create bespoke title cards, cinematic text animations and lower thirds that elevate the subject matter.
* Independently handle color grading, audio cleanup, audio mixing and export pipelines.
* Craft content with ever changing YouTube/Reels algorithm trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
