About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video storytelling, motion design, and digital marketing content, with experience creating engaging visuals for real estate projects and promotional campaigns.

You will be responsible for transforming raw footage, creative concepts, and marketing briefs into high-quality video content for social media, property showcases, brand campaigns, and digital advertisements. Familiarity with AI-powered video generation tools and emerging creative technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit professional videos for real estate projects, property showcases, project launches, brand campaigns, and promotional advertisements.
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Design motion graphics, animated titles, typography, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
• Use AI-powered video generation and editing tools to develop innovative visual content.
• Integrate footage, stock visuals, animations, music, sound effects, and graphics into compelling video narratives.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio synchronization, sound design, and final video rendering.
• Create supporting marketing assets, including video thumbnails, banners, promotional creatives, and social media graphics.
• Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Adapt video content to different platforms, aspect ratios, audience preferences, and campaign requirements.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality, consistency, and delivery timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, motion graphics trends, social media formats, and AI creative tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation.
• Experience in real estate content is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, Pika, Luma AI, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, editing pace, composition, typography, transitions, colour grading, and sound design.
• Experience creating content for digital marketing, paid campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Creative thinking, a strong visual sense, and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video editing and motion graphics work is required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
