Creative Visualizer – Events & Exhibition

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Creative Visualizer with proven experience in designing for events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate must have a strong creative mindset and the ability to transform concepts into attractive 3D designs and visual presentations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in event and exhibition design is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event setups, exhibition stands, stalls, booths, and stage designs.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent skills in 3D modeling, rendering, space planning, and presentation design.
• Ability to understand client briefs and develop creative concepts accordingly.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication, lighting, branding, and event production requirements.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with the design, sales, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and 3D visualizations for events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Design exhibition stalls, display booths, stage backdrops, product displays, and event setups.
• Prepare high-quality 3D renders, layouts, and presentation proposals for clients.
• Convert client requirements into practical, visually appealing, and cost-effective designs.
• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, project specifications, and deadlines.
