Creatives Intern

We're looking for a Creatives Intern ready to learn what it takes to build content for the Philippines' most trusted beauty authority. If you've got an eye for visuals, a feel for what makes people stop scrolling, and a passion for beauty and self-expression, this is where your creative glow-up starts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Content Associate in writing content plans and captions that bring our brands to life across social media

• Assist in editing reels, digital videos, and short-form content that make our audience stop and stare

• Support photo and video productions on set and on location — front-row seats to how the magic happens

• Create visual content that supports social media, website, and other digital channels

• Support the production of creative assets for internal and external communications

• Ensure every creative output stays true to Belo's brand guidelines and visual identity

• Assist the creative team with day-to-day design and content requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Fine Arts, Communication, or related field

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus)

• Familiar with social media content creation and current visual trends

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and creatively driven

• Knowledge of AI creative tools is an advantage

• Preference will be given to students who are applying as part of their school internship requirement

Bonus Points If You

• Have a portfolio, Behance, TikTok, or IG creative page that shows off your glow
• Thrive in fast-paced, fast-shooting creative environments
• Are proactive, collaborative, and always hungry to learn more

What We Offer

• Practical, hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing industry
• Attend company events and activities
• Opportunities to contribute to real-world product development projects
• A potential pathway to future career opportunities within our company
