About the role
We're looking for a Creative Manager to lead our creative team and oversee the development of high-quality visual content across digital, print, and on-ground campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage designers, video editors, and creative specialists
- Provide creative direction and ensure brand consistency across all output
- Manage creative timelines, workflow, and quality control
- Develop compelling campaign concepts and oversee execution
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, PR, Product, Events, and Media Buying teams
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and AI creative tools to enhance content production
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Advertising, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant creative/digital experience
- Proven team management experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools such as Magnific, Higgsfield, or similar
- Experience in entertainment, gaming, digital marketing, e-commerce, lifestyle, or media is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
