Creatives Manager

As Creatives Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of creative projects, managing a talented team of designers and creatives, and ensuring that all output meets the highest standards of art direction and creative excellence.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor and develop a creative team of designers, art directors and other creative professionals to achieve excellence and foster a culture of innovation
2. Oversee the conceptualisation, design and execution of creative campaigns across multiple mediums and platforms
3. Establish and maintain creative standards, ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives
4. Collaborate with account managers, strategists and clients to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions
5. Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work, ensuring quality control and consistency across all projects
6. Manage creative timelines, budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
7. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in art direction and creative design
8. Present creative concepts and final deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders
9. Contribute to the development of creative processes, templates and workflows that enhance team productivity
