Creatives Officer

The Creatives Officer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the marketing, branding, and communication initiatives of Wildflour Hospitality Group. The role develops creative assets across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency across all concepts and executions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials, including social media graphics, posters, menu boards, packaging, point-of-sale (POS) materials, digital advertisements, email templates, and other promotional collateral across all brands.
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign concepts into compelling visual designs that align with each brand's identity and creative standards.
• Maintain and organize brand assets, including logos, templates, typography, photography, and other design resources.
• Ensure consistent visual branding across all customer touchpoints, both online and in-store.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, and Local Store Marketing (LSM) teams to deliver creative assets for campaigns, promotions, new store openings, and other initiatives.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate design specifications for the production of physical marketing materials.
• Support photo and video shoot requirements, including basic photo editing and retouching.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices relevant to the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors.
