Creative/Sketching Director

We are looking for a Creative/Sketching Director who can bring fresh ideas to the table and help us develop designs that are creative, original and recognisable as 2207byTbally.

We are looking for someone who does more than just draw.
You should be able to take an idea, develop it, sketch it clearly, make adjustments and work with the production team to turn that idea into an actual garment.

The role will involve working closely with management, production, tailoring and beading to develop new concepts and improve existing designs.

Responsibilities include:
* Developing original fashion concepts and design ideas.
* Creating clear fashion sketches that can be understood by the production team.
* Translating rough ideas into proper fashion concepts.
* Developing different variations of a design before the final version is selected.
* Working with the team to refine designs based on fabric, structure, fitting and production possibilities.
* Researching current fashion trends, silhouettes, detailing, fabrics and embellishment techniques.
* Taking inspiration from different sources and developing the ideas into something original.
* Helping the brand develop its own signature design elements.
* Working closely with the tailor and beading team to ensure the finished garment reflects the original concept.
* Making design adjustments where necessary during production.
* Suggesting new ways of using fabrics, prints, beads, embellishments and garment construction.
* Developing ideas for new collections, special pieces and statement outfits.
* Contributing ideas for seasonal and campaign collections.
* Keeping up with what is happening in fashion without simply following every trend.
* Helping the team think beyond conventional designs and explore new possibilities.
* Presenting sketches and concepts for review and incorporating useful feedback.
* Keeping records of approved concepts and design ideas for future development.

Pay: Up to ₦200,000.00 per month
