Creator Acquisition Associate

Prabhubhakti is building spiritual business infrastructure that enables astrologers, spiritual experts, and occult practitioners to build and grow their own digital businesses.

Our platform helps creators establish their digital presence, build their personal brands, and monetise their expertise through consultations, courses, workshops, digital products, personalised AI reports, and other online offerings.

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Creator Acquisition Associate to help us discover, engage, and onboard new creators to the Prabhubhakti ecosystem.

What You'll Do

1. Creator Discovery & Outreach

• Identify potential creators, including astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists, Vastu experts, healers, and other occult practitioners.
• Reach out to prospective creators through Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other relevant channels.
• Introduce Prabhubhakti and communicate how our solutions can help creators grow their digital businesses.

2. Meeting Scheduling & Coordination

• Engage with interested prospects and schedule meetings with the founder.
• Coordinate calendars, send meeting confirmations, and ensure prospects are prepared for discussions.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of potential creators and upcoming meetings.

3. Follow-ups & Conversion

• Follow up with prospects after founder-led meetings to maintain engagement and move discussions forward.
• Share relevant information, proposals, and payment details with interested prospects.
• Address routine queries, coordinate with the founder when needed, and follow up until payment and onboarding are completed.

4. Pipeline & Performance Management

• Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach activities, meeting outcomes, and payment status.
• Track follow-ups and ensure no promising lead is missed.
• Work towards monthly targets for qualified meetings, creator onboarding, and paid conversions.
• Share regular updates on progress, challenges, and market feedback.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in initiating conversations with new people and building professional relationships.
• Comfortable with outreach calls, WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, and follow-up conversations.
• A self-driven, organised, and target-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to learn about digital products, creator monetisation, and online business models.
• Familiarity with astrology, spirituality, or the creator economy is an added advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
