Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for creator activations, including plans, timelines, milestones, documentation, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, agencies, creators, talent, vendors, and external partners across multiple concurrent activations.
• Translate marketing priorities into creator briefs and activation frameworks, contributing guidance on creator fit, platforms, content formats, and storytelling.
• Partner with creative and editorial teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, deliverables, issue resolution, stakeholder accountability, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects and workflows in creator marketing, social media, digital content, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, creators, or talent while managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Proficiency with project management tools for tracking work, documenting progress, and reporting status; experience improving operational workflows.
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, platform-specific content formats, trends, and audience behaviors across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities; experience with large-scale, multi-creator, technology, entertainment, gaming, or lifestyle marketing programs is preferred.
