Creator Chat & Monetization Manager

We are hiring a Creator Chat & Monetization Manager to manage creator accounts across platforms such as Passes, Fanvue, Fanfix and similar subscription-based creator platforms.

A major part of this role is chatting directly with fans on behalf of creators. You will be expected to learn each creator’s personality and tone, hold engaging and often flirty conversations, build relationships with subscribers, and consistently upsell paid content, subscriptions and other offers.

Prior experience doing paid fan chatting on OnlyFans, Passes, FanFix, Fanvue or a similar platform is required.

This is a sales-focused role and compensation will include a commission/performance incentive based on revenue generated.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chatting with fans on behalf of creators throughout the day
• Matching each creator’s tone, personality and communication style
• Having natural, engaging and flirty conversations with subscribers
• Building relationships with fans to increase retention and spend
• Upselling paid content, PPV messages, subscriptions and additional offers
• Identifying high-value subscribers and tailoring conversations accordingly
• Re-engaging inactive subscribers and previous buyers
• Sending mass messages and promotional campaigns
• Managing and organizing creator content vaults
• Setting up and optimizing creator profiles
• Helping develop pricing, promotions and monetization strategies
• Tracking which conversations, offers and content generate the most revenue
• Communicating with creators about additional content needed
• Supporting social media strategy designed to drive traffic into creator platforms
• Managing assigned creator accounts and keeping campaigns, content and tasks organized
• Reporting on revenue, subscriber activity and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Previous experience chatting for creators on OnlyFans, Passes, FanFix, Fanvue or a comparable platform is mandatory
• Proven experience upselling paid content through direct messages
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable conducting flirty conversations on behalf of creators
• Strong sales and closing ability
• Ability to build rapport without sounding scripted or overly aggressive
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to read different types of subscribers
• Ability to replicate different creator voices and personalities
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creator accounts
• Reliable and available during agreed working hours

Compensation

This position includes a base hourly or monthly rate plus commission/performance incentives.

The stronger the accounts perform and the more revenue you help generate, the greater your earning potential.

Important

This is not an entry-level customer support position.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have already worked as creator chatters and understand how to balance flirting, relationship-building, retention and upselling in a way that feels natural and drives revenue.

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
