The Horowitz Andreessen Academy is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right creator.

The opportunity is to build the largest lifestyle brand for highly ambitious young builders in the world. You'll own the timeline on the reg by showcasing stories about the founding of the Horowitz Andreessen Academy, the cracked students who join the program, and the sick speaker lineup that will walk the halls of the Academy.

We believe a super ambitious creator will find it worthwhile to take a break from a full-time creator business and join the Academy for a few years. You've already built a major public social following either for you personally or for a well-known brand. You're entrepreneurial, understand the algorithms, and are a talented storyteller.

Obviously, you could keep doing what you're doing. But maybe you're wondering if there's a bigger ambition for yourself out there? Maybe you're wondering what it's like to work on an insane team of peers at a fast-moving startup? Perhaps you're interested in learning a bit about the management and operational skills required to take a social media brand and turn it into a dialed machine that can pump out 3-5x more content than a typical creator.

Your job will be to document the inner workings of the Academy, share what students are doing, create our podcast, newsletter, TikTok, Instagram, X account from scratch and build it to millions of followers and hundreds of millions of views (yes, we think this is possible). You'll have the ability to do a wide variety of creative content, including documentary-style, talking head, man-on-the-street, etc. We're very open on this - the goal is to build a great brand that attracts cracked students. That's the most important thing (more important than the # of followers, though that's nice too).

This role will only get filled if we meet the right person. If that person is you, let us know. Compensation is negotiable; if you're a successful creator you should expect that you won't take home as much per year in cash but the equity component should make up for part of that gap and the experience/aura/follower growth will be totally worth it.
