About the role

We are seeking a Creator Management Assistant to join our Marketing & Communications team in Shah Alam, Selangor, on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Creator Management function, playing a key part in developing and maintaining relationships with content creators and influencers. You will assist in coordinating creator partnerships, campaigns, and collaborations that amplify our brand presence and engage our target audiences effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of creator management and public relations within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard creators at scale to support e-commerce content production.
• Manage and coordinate creator campaigns for major brands (e.g., Torriden, SKIN1004, COSRX, Mentholatum, Hada Labo, Huggies, etc.) to ensure high-quality deliverables and performance.
• Identify areas of improvement within tools, SOPs, and assistance programs to enhance the creator experience and efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training to creators to elevate content quality and performance; analyze successful case studies and develop structured training aligned with global and local strategy.
• Collaborate with internal product and performance teams to secure resources that support creator growth, development, and retention.
• Strengthen community engagement among creators to improve loyalty, activity, and long-term partnership status on the platform.
• Lead creators to join the TikTok Affiliate Program and convert high-performing creators into permanent MCN partners.
• Manage and optimize MCN operations, ensure compliance with platform rules, and maintain strong cooperative relationships with MCN partners.

Education & Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customer relations, influencer marketing, or seller/creator support is an advantage.

Skills & Requirement

• Familiar with social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
• Strong understanding of short-form and influencer-driven content, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (required to support local creators/public figures).
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred (to collaborate with a wider creator groups)
• Data-driven, strong execution skills, proactive communication, collaborative nature, and good time management.
• Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
