Creator Management (E-commerce)

Responsibilities:

1:1 management:

• Closely manage top creators to drive GMV growth and improve overall performance.
• Encourage consistent and higher-quality content supply (livestreams, videos, KLS participation).
• Identify performance gaps and provide actionable guidance to uplift results.

Daily operations:

• Track and manage daily creator activities, including GNE tasks/projects, violation handling, BAU assortment support, and promotion status checks.
• Proactively share platform campaigns and initiatives, ensuring creators are well-informed and able to participate effectively to maximize GMV.
• Collaborate with AMs to secure deals for creators, including key sellers, new sellers, or new product matchmaking opportunities.
• Build and stabilize KLS performance, with a focus on achieving and sustaining breakeven sessions.

Relationship management:

• Build long-term, win-win partnerships with creators based on trust and transparency.
• Conduct monthly catch-ups with creators to review performance, share insights, and align on key improvement areas and growth plans.

Onboarding new creators:

• Proactively hunt and onboard potential top creators on a monthly basis.
• Ensure new creators have the capability and commitment to deliver 5k+ GMV per session and align with platform growth and monetization strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce, within livestream operations, is strongly preferred
• Language: English – Proficiency in both writing & speaking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interest in data analysis, e-commerce, and influencer marketing (KOL & KOC).
• Proven ability to plan and execute based on data-driven decision-making
• Having networking/resources of celebrities/KOL/KOC/MCN is preferred

Pay: 18,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month
