What they need

THE COMPANY

Watch.fun is a livestreaming gacha platform in the social gamified commerce niche. We feature highly sought after products in our gacha such as luxury watches, Pokemon cards, designer handbags, and precious metals. One of our core distribution channels is through new or existing creators whose audiences already care about watches, gold, handbags, and TCG.

THE ROLE

Full-time Creator Partnerships Manager. You will find creators, pitch them, negotiate rates, send briefs, chase delivery, coordinate payment, and measure results. Rebook who works. Cut who doesn't. You will also nurture and grow our creators, and build our creator program into a key driver of Watch.fun's growth.

WHAT YOU OWN

  1. Finding creators
  • Source creators every day on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, Kick, and Twitch.

  • Keep a live CRM roster with handle, platform, audience quality, niche, rates, status, and notes.

  • Judge creators on audience fit and content quality, not follower count. Look for specific niches and personas, not broad generic content.

  1. Pitching and selling
  • Send outreach that gets replies through DMs, email, and creator managers. Move fast.

  • Sell the deal: what the product is, why it fits their audience, what they get, and how it helps them grow.

  • Close or kill deals. Never leave them hanging.

  1. Negotiating rates
  • Own the rate card. Know market rates by platform, size, and deliverable, and keep costs in line with our CAC targets.

  • Trade more than cash: affiliate codes, performance bonuses, usage rights, and packages.

  • Lock contract terms before work starts: deliverables, dates, claims, disclosure, and payment triggers.

  1. Briefs and messaging
  • Work with the content team to turn campaign goals into briefs creators can shoot: scripts, copy, facts, claims to avoid, CTA, links and codes, posting window, and disclosure.

  • Send assets on time. We chase creators. Creators never wait on us.

  • Review drafts to make sure they match the brief and our messaging.

  1. Managing and follow-up
  • Run a delivery calendar: who is due, who is late, and what is going live.

  • Chase until posts are live. Follow up on silence, and replace creators who ghost.

  • Report weekly on creators sourced, pitched, in negotiation, briefed, live, paid, rebooked, and cut.

  1. Payment and wrap-up
  • Approve payment only for accepted posts: live URL, correct disclosure, correct links and codes, posted on time.

  • Pass approved payments to operations and make sure creators get paid on time.

  • Update the CRM with URL, metrics, final rate, and a verdict: rebook, maybe, or cut.

  1. Performance
  • Track engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, and code uses.

  • Rebook top performers. Cut creators who are unreliable, fake, off-brief, or unprofitable.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Pipeline: A live roster with status, rate history, and next steps. You use AI tools to scale sourcing and pipeline management.

  • Volume: 50+ creator outreaches per day and 15 to 40 live paid posts per month once ramped, based on budget.

  • Delivery: 90% or more of contracted posts go live on time with correct links and disclosure.

  • Return: Creators ranked by results per dollar, not follower count.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Creator management is a new field, and very few people have done this exact job. We are hiring for skills, not job titles. Sales, business development, and influencer or KOL marketing backgrounds transfer best. If you have run outbound, closed deals, and managed people who don't report to you, you can do this job.

  • 1+ years in sales, BD, influencer or KOL marketing, or creator management. Direct creator management experience is a plus, not a must.

  • A track record of cold outreach at volume that turned into closed deals, partnerships, or paid posts. Growing your own social account alone does not count.

  • Confident negotiating deals with cash and mixed compensation.

  • Highly organized. You never lose track of people or deadlines.

  • Fluent written English. You will work with creators across US, EU, and APAC time zones.

TERMS

  • Type: Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week

  • Salary: 50,000 to 75,000 THB per month, based on experience

  • Probation: 4 months

  • Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Bangkok. Work from home by default, with office days when needed.
