Creator Operations Executive

Location- Bhamburda, Pune

We are looking for a Creator Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaignsfrom creator sourcing and confirmation to content submission and campaign completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist creators based on city, language, category, followers, engagement, audience and content style.
• Reach out to creators via Instagram, WhatsApp and calls to discuss campaigns, timelines and commercials.
• Negotiate with creators on commercials and ensure creator payouts are aligned with the campaign budget.
• Coordinate creator confirmations, briefs, schedules, shoots, product deliveries and posting timelines.
• Track creator progress from Contacted Confirmed Content Received Approved Live Completed.
• Review submitted content for basic campaign compliance and coordinate revisions/reshoots when required.
• Maintain accurate creator and campaign data on Excel/Google Sheets, CRM or internal platforms.
• Share regular campaign updates and escalate delays, dropouts or execution issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators for future campaigns.

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Reels and the creator ecosystem
• Basic understanding of followers, engagement, reach, views and audience demographics
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
• Regional language knowledge is an advantage

Preferred Profile

• 2+ years of experience with strong communication and coordination skills can apply.
• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Digital Marketing, Campaign Operations or Client Coordination is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive and able to take ownership of campaigns independently.
