Creator Operations Freelancer

Responsibilities:

1. Creator Acquisition: Identify, reach out to, and recruit creators through social media, MCNs, and other external channels to meet monthly recruitment targets.

2. Creator Activation: Follow up on creators’posting schedules, provide content guidance, and encourage consistent posting and ongoing engagement to improve creator retention.

Requirements:

1. 1–3 years of experience in creator / KOL operations is a plus. Candidates without prior experience are also welcome.

2. Familiar with the Middle East market, particularly local audiences and their content preferences in GCC countries.

3. Familiar with creator ecosystems on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.

4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate creators and drive execution.

5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced early-stage project.
