What they need
We're looking for a Creator Partnership Executive to grow our network of TikTok live creators. You'll be the first point of contact for new talent — finding them, pitching them on what we offer, and getting them successfully onboarded. Responsibilities ● Source and identify potential TikTok live creators who fit our network ● Build and maintain relationships with creators from first contact through onboarding ● Clearly communicate what the agency offers: coaching, livestream planning support, account protection, and community access ● Track outreach and onboarding progress
Desired Candidate Profile
● Strong communication skills (Arabic and English preferred) ● Comfortable with outreach/sales-style conversations ● Familiarity with TikTok Live and the creator economy ● Organized and able to manage multiple conversations/leads at once ● Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
