Creator Partnership Officer (Influencer & KOL Marketing)

About the Role

QBRIX Indonesia is looking for a proactive and communicative Creator Partnership Officer to help expand our network of bloggers, influencers, and affiliate creators. You will be responsible for identifying potential creators, initiating partnerships, and supporting collaboration campaigns to increase brand awareness, content production, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential bloggers, influencers, and affiliate creators across Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee.
• Find creators whose content aligns with QBRIX’s niches, including couples, gifts, family, lifestyle, home décor, and creative activities.
• Reach out to potential creators and introduce QBRIX collaboration opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with creators to encourage long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding creator approvals, product samples, campaign briefs, tracking links, and posting schedules.
• Monitor creator content performance, engagement, and sales generated through tracking links.
• Maintain an organized database of creators, outreach progress, and collaboration results.
• Work toward monthly creator recruitment and collaboration targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and affiliate marketing.
• Good research and organizational skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with outreach.
• Able to work independently and provide regular progress reports.
• Previous experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Incentives

• Hunter Compensation: Hunters will receive a 5% commission on valid sales generated by the influencers they recruit, subject to the agreed compensation structure.

• Hunter compensation eligibility, payment schedules, and attribution rules will be communicated and agreed upon before the collaboration begins.
