Creator Relations Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

Creator Communication & Relationship Management

• Reach out to selected TikTok creators and affiliates provided by our team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with creators through chat and other communication channels.
• Introduce brands, products, campaigns, promotions, and collaboration opportunities clearly and persuasively.
• Answer creator questions and provide timely support throughout the collaboration.
• Maintain regular communication so creators stay engaged with our brands and campaigns.

Creator Onboarding & Activation

• Invite selected creators to participate in affiliate campaigns and Target Plan collaborations.
• Guide creators through collaboration requirements and processes.
• Share product information, campaign briefs, commission structures, promotional details, and relevant materials.
• Coordinate product/sample requests and ensure creators receive what they need to begin creating content.
• Encourage creators to publish content, attach products correctly, and participate in relevant campaigns.

Follow-Up & Execution

• Consistently follow up with creators who have not responded, accepted invitations, requested samples, or posted content.
• Track each creator's progress from initial contact → onboarding → sample → content/live → completion.
• Follow up on pending deliverables and campaign requirements.
• Keep creator information and communication status properly updated in internal tracking systems.
• Escalate issues or high-potential creator opportunities to the relevant team when necessary.

Creator Retention

• Maintain relationships with active and high-performing creators.
• Keep creators updated about new products, promotions, campaigns, and earning opportunities.
• Re-engage inactive creators when relevant opportunities become available.
• Create a positive creator experience that makes creators want to continue working with our brands.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need years of influencer marketing experience.

We care more about whether you are:

• An excellent communicator who knows how to talk to different personalities.
• Friendly, confident, persuasive, and professional over chat.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including managing large datasets, using formulas, filtering and sorting data, maintaining trackers, and preparing basic reports.
• Extremely responsive and strong at following up.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with people you don't know.
• Able to communicate information clearly without sounding scripted or robotic.
• Organized enough to manage a large number of creator conversations simultaneously.
• Resourceful and able to handle common questions without constantly waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Familiar with TikTok and social media culture.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, account coordination, sales support, community management, creator management, or influencer marketing is an advantage, but not required.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
