Position Overview

The Credentialing Analyst supports the credentialing function by performing administrative and operational tasks related to provider and/or organization licensure, certifications, and payer enrollment processes. This role ensures that required documentation is accurate, up to date, and processed in accordance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. The position also includes responsibility for ensuring that the re-verification process and any interim or re-credentialing activities required by government payers occur to ensure continuous, uninterrupted participation status for all individual providers and groups/locations. This position maintains up to date and thorough knowledge of non-commercial payer enrollment obligations at the State and Federal level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enroll Providers and/or Organization: Maintain enrollment for providers and/or organization with insurance plans, follow up on effective dates, update practice change information, and assist the Revenue Cycle Department with resolving enrollment-related claim processing issues.
  • Maintain Compliance: Verify provider education history, research federal/state/local licensing guidelines, and update provider data in the universal CAQH database.
  • Track Expirations: Perform data entry in the credentialing system for provider and organizational licenses, DEA, and Certifications, and run proactive reports to notify managers of expiring credentials.

Who You Are:

  • Educated: Possess a High School Diploma (required); some college experience is preferred.
  • Experienced: Bring 2–3 years of provider insurance enrollment experience.
  • Knowledgeable: Understand provider insurance enrollment and medical licensing requirements in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
  • Skilled: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, maintain high accuracy, and possess excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Why You’ll Love Us:
