About the Role

Meds Nexus is looking for a proactive Credentialing Expert to handle provider enrollment and insurance network setups for our U.S. healthcare clients. In this role, you will fill out insurance applications, follow up with U.S. health plans, and make sure doctors get approved quickly so they can start billing without delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Insurance Applications: Complete and submit provider enrollment forms for Medicare, Medicaid, and private commercial insurance companies.
• Payer Follow-Ups: Call U.S. insurance companies and check web portals regularly to track application statuses and speed up approval dates.
• Network Verifications: Confirm provider in-network status, active contracts, and fee schedules once approvals are received.
• Billing Support: Work closely with our billing and AR teams to fix claim holds caused by pending credentialing status.
• Record Keeping: Maintain neat digital records of provider start dates, application tracking logs, and approval numbers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in U.S. medical credentialing, provider enrollment, and insurance contracting.
• Communication Skills: Clear written and spoken English skills for calling and emailing U.S. insurance representatives.
• Shift Commitment: Full-time availability for on-site night shift work in Rawalpindi.
