Credentialing Manager

• Manage the end-to-end deployment process of healthcare professionals, from credentialing and licensing through placement and deployment.
• Oversee document collection, verification, compliance, licensing, and other pre-deployment requirements for Nurses, PTs, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with candidates, clients, licensing bodies, credentialing organizations, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful deployment.
• Monitor deployment timelines, case progress, compliance, and team KPIs while resolving issues that may cause delays.
• Lead and develop the credentialing and deployment team and implement improvements to ensure efficient and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, staffing, deployment, or immigration.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a related function.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare credentialing, licensing, compliance, and deployment processes.
• Experience handling end-to-end deployment of healthcare professionals is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
