Credit Admin

Our client is a growing fund manager based in Sydney. They are adding to the team and have a few roles open across credit and client services.

They are open to junior candidates and recent grads for these roles. You don't need years of experience. They want sharp, curious people who are keen to learn the business from the ground up.

The roles cover a mix of:

• Credit administration, including documentation, settlements support and keeping records accurate
• Supporting the credit team with reviews, reporting and portfolio monitoring
• Client services for investors, including onboarding, KYC/AML checks, answering queries and keeping records up to date
• Supporting the wider team with investor reporting and day-to-day admin

What they are looking for:

• A degree in commerce, finance, economics, law or similar
• Some exposure to banking, funds or client service is a plus, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and good with Excel
• Clear communication, both written and with clients
• A good attitude and a genuine interest in financial services

It's a hands-on team, so you get real exposure early and room to grow.
