Credit Administration: entry-level position

We are looking for a highly customer service focused individual to join our client’s large credit / finance team.
This is an entry-level position, 6-month temporary assignment with the potential view for extension to commence end of September, based in Clayton, and you will not be required to have any prior experience.

Supportive and on the job, training provided on an ongoing basis.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Credit Team Leader, and your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Handling the first point of contact for credit calls and emails
• Taking queries
• Processing payments over the phone
• Allocating payments to accounts
• Releasing accounts that are on hold

This is a highly transactional environment, so your ability to work in a customer service-driven environment will be well regarded. You will have excellent attention to detail, a professional phone manner, and an enthusiasm to learn.
