• Monitoring credit limits and exposures, ensuring adherence to approved limits.
• Processing and maintaining records for loan disbursements and repayments.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve credit-related issues and discrepancies.
• Preparing reports and analyses to support management in decision-making processes.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant banking and financial services regulations.
• Providing guidance and support to junior staff within the credit administration team.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of credit administration processes and banking operations.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within banking and financial services.
• Proficiency in credit documentation and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading or mentoring team members is an advantage.
