Credit Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Preparation and maintenance of reporting in areas in which the Credit Department is engaged, including actual issues related to credit facilities provided to corporate clients.
• Monthly report on status of Credit, Banking Guarantees, Letter of Credits Portfolio of the Branch (Master File of Loans);
• Quarterly report on statistic information related to the Branch Credit Portfolio (BSR 1);
• Weekly/Monthly reports on quality of the Branch Credit Portfolio (CRILC, RDB / Return on defaulter borrowers).
• Reports sent to Credit history bureaus (CIBIL, Crif Highmark, Equifax, Experian).
• Other reports within competence of Credit Department (RAQ, RBS, RLC, SMR).
• Checking and safekeeping of original documents and records pertaining to the Department;
• Ensuring the compliance of KYC guidelines issued by RBI from time to time in respect of all the Corporate clients of the Department.
• Making entries in CBS in the role of a maker with regard to the transactions pertaining to the Department.
• Preparation of Credit Information Exchange reports in terms of RBI Guidelines.
• Maintaining the Database of different applicable circulars and internal policy documents for the Department
• Backup to Senior Analyst in his/her absence;
• Conducting Due Diligence (ROC Search Report, CERSAI check, LEI Check etc) for the clients
• Extracting CRILC Report for Client Relations Team
