Credit Analyst Staff

Responsibilities :

• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate financing proposals to ensure sound credit quality and appropriate risk mitigation.
• Prepare accurate, high-quality, and timely credit assessments, reports, and recommendations.
• Analyze and monitor customer financial performance, business profiles, and key credit indicators.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to support business growth.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit assessment, banking products, and banking operational processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis for Commercial and/or Corporate Banking segments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting business growth and achieving organizational objectives.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Placement : Head Office, Jakarta
