Credit Analyst Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer documents for credit analysis
• Analyze credit applications in line with company standards and policies, particularly complex or high-value cases
• Present credit analysis reports (customer profiles) to the Manager and Branch Manager according to the approval hierarchy
• Coordinate with marketing/sales credit officers and customers as needed
• Act as an advisor and provide guidance to other credit analysts throughout the credit analysis process
• Monitor industry news on the truck and car hire-purchase market and competitors, and report to supervisors
• Prepare monthly reports and other reports as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or Accounting
• At least 4–8 years' experience in truck or car loan credit analysis (vehicle registration loans — both ownership-transfer and non-transfer — and refinance loans)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the financial institution sector
• Good basic computer and software skills
• Good command of Thai and reasonable command of English
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure
