Credit and Collection Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer accounts and identify accounts that may require special collection efforts
• Obtain and evaluate credit information and references for individuals or institutions applying for credit
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and conduct collection activities to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts, payment concerns, and account discrepancies.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns that may hinder timely collection.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer accounts and collection activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assertive, persistent, and professional when handling collection activities.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
