Credit & Collection Assistant

• Handles all accounts deemed for reopen but with occupancy concern
• Verifies the occupancy status of the delinquent account
• Negotiates with the buyer to voluntarily vacate the property whenever possible
• Handles payment settlement as a result of the asset retrieval efforts
• Attends to buyer’s inquiries (call-in & walk-in) regarding the process of voluntary move-out
• Ensures that all efforts made on a particular account are recorded and updated in the buyer’s e-log sheet
• Determines accounts for legal action and proceeds to endorse the same to Legal Department
• Works with different property admin offices to implement clauses within the Contract to Buy and Sell regarding cutting of utilities and asset retrieval
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly status reports or as needed
• Prepares the daily, weekly, and monthly expenses/liquidation during conciliation and ocular visits
• Coordinates with other units/departments to accomplish the above tasks
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualification

• Graduate of any 4-year course in College
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritize and manage multi-task
• Willing to do field work.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
