Credit and Collection Assistant

The Loans Coordinator is responsible for coordinating loan applications, assisting customers throughout the application process, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of loan-related requests.

• Coordinate and monitor loan applications from submission to processing.
• Assist customers with loan inquiries and application requirements.
• Review and validate customer information and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding application status and concerns.
• Follow up on pending requirements and loan applications.
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and customer information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in loan processing, banking, lending, or customer service. Knowledge of loan documentation and application procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
