Credit and Collection Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Credit Evaluation: Assess credit applications, run financial background checks, and help establish secure credit limits for contractors and corporate clients purchasing or leasing heavy equipment.
• Collections & Outreach: Monitor aging reports, contact clients proactively regarding upcoming or overdue installment payments, and record payment statuses.
• Payment Restructuring: Negotiate workable payment plans, extensions, or structured settlements for clients facing short-term financial distress, while protecting company interests.
• Dispute Resolution: Coordinate with the sales and billing departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies, equipment delivery holds, or warranty-related payment offsets.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare accurate Statements of Account (SOA), aging of receivables reports, and demand letters or escalation notices when necessary.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the treasury and accounting groups

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in credit and collections, ideally within industrial, automotive, or heavy machinery industries.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities, proficiency in financial analysis or aging metrics, and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
