Credit & Collections Analyst

• perform credit assessment for new customers and existing customers to balance risk control and business requirement
• drive DSO and over 120 days pastdue; manage and take ownership of owned portfolio, collaborate with internal stakeholders in resolving payment issues
• follow up overdue accounts on a daily basis, contact customer (call/email) for payment collection; timely escalation for problematic overdue accounts
• conduct month-end closing reports
• continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and system optimization Qualifications:
• bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting related
• 1-2

years credit &

3+ years collection experience at an international company

• skilled in excel, SAP;

familiar with Power BI is an advantage; good English written and communication abilities

• ability to proactively engage in a rapidly changing business environment
