CREDIT APPRAISER

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background: Must be a 4-year college graduate.

Professional Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in a related position.

Knowledge and Skills Required: Must have basic knowledge of automobiles.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct actual inspection and/or table appraisal of vehicles using JACCS standard valuation guidelines and submit appraisal reports within the required turnaround time (TAT).

• Respond to inquiries related to vehicle valuation and other appraisal-related matters within the prescribed TAT.
  Participate in meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements aimed at enhancing productivity and service quality.
• Perform credit investigation duties, including PDRN, client interviews, and third-party verification of business and employment information (both for in-house and field CI).
• Attend seminars and training programs related to the job.
• Perform other functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
