Credit Bureau Manager

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage accurate and timely CIC reporting for personal loan data across CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark, and Equifax.
• Validate credit data, DPDs, repayments, closures, and defaults before submission.
• Handle and resolve customer credit bureau disputes in coordination with internal teams and CICs.
• Coordinate with CICs for reporting, clarifications, re-submissions, and escalations.
• Monitor data discrepancies and take corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with RBI norms, CIC regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain MIS, dashboards, audit trails, and dispute records.
• Work with IT/Data teams to improve reporting automation and reduce errors.

Requirements :-

• 1 to 3 years of experience in credit bureau reporting/dispute resolution in NBFC, banking, or fintech.
• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA/credit-risk certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CIBIL, CRIF, Experian, Equifax, DPD reporting, and RBI guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, credit data management, and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of CKYC, NPCI/AECB reporting and CIBIL Dispute Resolution Portal.
• Experience in automating credit bureau reporting processes.
