Credit Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Work onsite the following schedule Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm; Friday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
2. Call your leads that are provided daily, reach out to clients via email, text message and via social media
3. Engage with potential clients to understand their credit repair needs and goals.
4. Educate consumers on the credit repair process
5. Conduct thorough credit analyses to identify inaccuracies, errors, or negative items affecting clients' credit scores..
6. Close sales and enroll clients into our credit repair program.
7. Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the credit repair process.
8. Meet or exceed sales daily, weekly, monthly targets and performance metrics.
9. Document all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM
10. Stay up to date about changes in credit laws, regulations, and industry trends.
11. Asking for referrals, building and maintain relationships with partners.
12. Maintaining daily documentation and reporting about their sales progress

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of sales experience
2. Proven track record of success in phone sales, preferably in the financial services or credit repair industry.
3. Above average communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability  to work under pressure and devise sales strategies
6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
7. Familiarity with credit reports
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
9. Work the preferred Monday-Friday schedule
10. High school diploma or equivalent.
