About the role

JJ Suppliers Sdn Bhd is seeking an Junior Credit Control to join our team based in Skudai Johor. This full-time role is responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes to ensure timely collection of payments and maintain a healthy cash flow.

What you'll be doing

1. Monitoring and following up on outstanding customer invoices to ensure timely payment
2. Implementing and maintaining effective credit control policies and procedures
3. Collaborating with the finance team to improve cash flow and minimize bad debts
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account records

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years' experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve billing issues
3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
4. Thorough knowledge of credit control policies, procedures and best practices
