Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with South Indian clients for account reconciliation and payment clearance.
• Follow up regularly on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Address and resolve client queries related to accounts and payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform periodic account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
• Prepare and maintain reports on receivables and collection status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally ERP.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to handle client communication and payment follow-ups effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounts, finance, or credit control roles.
• Experience working with South Indian clients will be an added advantage.
