Credit Control Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing full set Building Management credit control report.
2. Handling accounts receivable collection and credit monitoring.
3. Conducting account reconciliation, journal posting, and matching collections with customer accounts.
4. Preparing AR/Credit control reports.
5. Monitoring overdue accounts and preparing reminder letters.
6. Managing billings, outstanding amounts, and issuing official receipts.
7. Creating a daily collection report to update debtor ledgers and accounts.
8. Generating monthly statements of accounts for tenants upon request.
9. Performing various ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum requirement of a Certificate or equivalent with proficient English communication skills (both written and spoken).
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit control and debt collection, preferably in Property Development or a related field.
3. Ability to work efficiently with tight deadlines for monthly reports and ad-hoc tasks.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Independent, team-oriented, with excellent execution, monitoring, and coordination abilities.
6. Positive attitude, quick learner, and responsible individual.
7. Capable of working with minimal supervision.
8. Candidate who accepted renewal contract basis
9. Working hour 5.5days (Alternate Saturday)
