Key Responsibilities

• Assist in following up on ongoing legal cases and related matters.
• Prepare, issue, and send payment reminder letters and internal Letters of Demand (LOD) for Term Loan and Hire Purchase accounts.
• Handle customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for insurance refunds.
• Perform general administrative duties, data entry, and document filing.
• Provide support to the credit control team in daily operations and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
