  • Partner with customers, Sales, Cash Applications, and other internal teams to resolve inquiries, facilitate approved credit card payments, and support collection and credit-related requirements.
  • Ensure invoices are accurately delivered through customer portals or email and manage applicable company and customer web-billing systems.
  • Prepare customer information, account statements, reports, and other data required by customers, leadership, and Accounting.
  • Manage customer communications and assigned inbox activities with appropriate urgency, organization, prioritization, and customer service.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees and assist team members with medium-complexity process questions and escalations.
  • Maintain and update Job Aids, SOPs, and other process documentation as required.
  • Identify and implement PPI/process improvement opportunities, recommend best practices, and participate in projects that improve credit and collection processes.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and projects aligned with business needs while complying with company ethics and integrity standards.

Minimum Qualifications
