Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM/STPM
- Experience: 1 years of relevant working experience in credit control, accounts receivable (AR), or finance administration
- Skills: Good or strong communication and negotiation skills to handle overdue accounts.
- Technical Knowledge: Can use Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Core Responsibilities
- Collections: Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on overdue payments via phone, email, or messaging.
- Reconciliation: Perform customer account reconciliations, process payment allocations, and resolve billing disputes with sales or operations teams.
- Reporting: Prepare AR aging reports
- Others: Randomly call customer to confirm bill accuracy
