CREDIT CONTROLLER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Credit Controller
Industry: Ceramic & Sanitary / Building Materials
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable.
• Ceramic & Sanitary industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of customer credit, outstanding payments, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to follow up professionally with customers for overdue payments.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and accounting/ERP systems.
• Candidate must be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts, credit limits, outstanding balances, and payment due dates.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and pending payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payments, balances, and credit transactions.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts Departments regarding customer credit status.
• Ensure credit is provided only to customers approved by authorized management.
• Review customer payment history before recommending credit facilities or credit-limit changes.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding receivables, overdue accounts, and collection status.
• Escalate long-overdue or high-risk accounts to management.
• Ensure no unauthorized credit is given or committed to customers.
• Assist in resolving invoice and payment discrepancies with customers and the Accounts Department.
• Maintain proper documentation for credit approvals, payment commitments, and collection follow-ups.
• Support the company in reducing overdue receivables and improving cash flow.

Important:
Candidates without ceramic and sanitary industry experience will not be considered. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED2,600.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
