About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join a leading leasing team in Galway. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring payment schedules and ensuring timely collections.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies.

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a credit control, collections, or financial services role is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
