Credit Controller

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, and overdue invoices.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and collection of receivables.
• Prepare and maintain accounts receivable aging reports and collection forecasts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams regarding credit limits, payment terms, and overdue accounts.
• Identify potential credit risks and escalate long-overdue or high-risk accounts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company credit control policies.
• Prepare regular collection reports and provide updates to Finance Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, credit management, and collection procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and meet collection targets.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar and ready to join immediately.

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
