Home Working Credit Controller

Location: South Glasgow (Home-Based)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

· Manage customer accounts and credit control activities.

· Chase overdue payments by telephone and email.

· Maintain accurate customer records and account reconciliations.

· Investigate and resolve payment queries.

· Prepare aged debt reports and support cash collection targets.

Requirements

· Previous credit control or accounts receivable experience.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

· Ability to work independently from home.

· Excellent organisational skills.

Pay: £27,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
