Responsible

• Familiarity with all accounting procedures and office receivable/payable accounts
• Experience in dealing with clients at all levels, corporate entities & high net worth individuals
• Organize monthly client statements
• Collections management
• Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required

We are looking for

• Degree in Finance or Accounting. MSc would be considered an asset
• Chartered Accounting Qualifications
• Working experience in credit control or related department
• Experience in working with ERP. Use of Softone would be considered an asset
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Fluency in English language
• Confidentiality
• High standard of numeracy, accuracy with attention to detail
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Ability to organize and plan tasks
