Role Description The Credit Controller role at DTSS is a full-time, on-site position based in Panvel. This role is responsible for managing customer credit accounts, monitoring outstanding debtors, and ensuring timely collection of payments in line with company policies. Day-to-day activities include reviewing credit limits, assessing credit risk, following up on overdue invoices, and maintaining accurate records of all credit and collection activities. The Credit Controller will work closely with finance and operations teams to reconcile accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and support cash flow management. The role also involves preparing regular reports on debtor status, recommending actions for problematic accounts, and contributing to continuous improvement in credit control processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Credit Management skills, including setting credit terms and monitoring credit exposure.
• Candidates should possess effective Debt Collection and Debtors management skills, including follow-up, negotiation, and resolution of overdue accounts.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance skills, including basic accounting knowledge, invoice reconciliation, and understanding of cash flow.
• Relevant experience in credit control or finance roles within service or facility management industries is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ability to work on-site in Panvel, manage deadlines, and handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
